My dear friends, when I thought to build my blog website on the niche anime, choosing the name of the website was a thoughtful process. I wanted a name that reflects the content and resonates with my target audience.

But I just randomly used a suffix uma with anime making it anime+uma = animeuma. The word uma that I used is the first name of my grandmother. I dedicate this to my caring grandma.

Later on when I googled the word uma, it shows a variety of meanings in different languages. But considering my grandma’s name a sanskrit word, I found out uma means “tranquility”, “splendour”,”fame”, and “night”. Its also the hindu goddess name parvati.

That’s the reason why I used the name animeuma for my website domain name.
